1.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has assailed the impugned order dated 28.09.2026 (Annexure P/1), whereby he has been transferred from Rural Engineering Services, Sub-Division, Narharpur, District North Bastar Kanker, to Project Implementation Unit-2, Bijapur, District Bijapur. He submits that the petitioner's father is aged about 76 years, is suffering from serious ailments and has recently undergone bypass surgery, whereas the petitioner's mother is also a heart patient and both are undergoing regular medical treatment. It is submitted that, considering the advanced age and medical condition of his parents, the petitioner's presence is required for their care and treatment. He, therefore, prays that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a representation raising his grievance, with a direction to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.

Considering the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner and the submission of the learned State counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation before the competent Transfer Committee under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy within a period of 10 days from today. If such representation is submitted within the aforesaid period, the Transfer Committee shall consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned order, strictly in accordance with law and the applicable Transfer Policy, preferably within a period of 25 days after submission of the representation.
