Narender Kumar vs State Of H.P. & Others

In pursuance of judgment dated 26th June, 2023, passed in CWP No. 799 of 2019, titled Narender Kumar vs. State of H.P. & others, consideration order has been passed by the authorities concerned, on 7th September, 2023. The incumbency of the petitioner therein was being wrongly reflected.

Now a compliance affidavit dated 2nd December, 2023 has been filed by learned Deputy Advocate General. Copy of the said compliance affidavit has already been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the incumbency of the petitioner has been rectified. The same is required to be read with the consideration order dated 07.09.2023.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to lay challenge to the aforesaid consideration order in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
