For the reasons set out in the application the delay which has been sufficiently explained is condoned and the petition is restored to its original number and position. Applications stand disposed of.
Registry is directed to register the petition.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in CWP(T) No. 3920 of 2008, titled as Ramesh Kumar Vashist vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board and others, decided on 14.5.2009 as upheld by the Division Bench in LPA No. 120 of 2009, titled as HPSEB & another versus Ramesh Kumar & another, decided on 3.3.2010. Further the judgment rendered in Ramesh Kumar Vashist (supra) stands fully complied with by the respondent.
As such, the ratio of law and the directions laid down/given in Ramesh Kumar Vashist (supra) shall mutatis mutandis apply to the instant case also. Respondents are directed to take all consequential action within a period of two weeks from date of production of a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the judgments referred to above by the petitioner before the respondent. It is made clear that the monetary benefits, due and admissible, shall be paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period, failing which, then thereafter, the petitioner shall be entitled to interest @ 9% per annum which shall be personally recovered from the erring official(s).
With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
