We agree with the decision in In Re: A.N.B. Baluswami Iyer and A.N.B. Narasimha Iyer; Sellamuthu Servai and Rathnaswami Servai of S. Vellaswami Servai and brothers, which fully supports this decision. There is also a decision of this Court in Bawan Das and Another Vs. O.M. Chiene, to the same effect. The appeal must, therefore, be dismissed with costs.
