Macnaghten, J. 1. In this case, their Lordships entirely agree with the High Court that the appellants have failed to prove their case. Their evidence comes to nothing more than a general charge of immorality which is not sufficient. 2. Their Lordships will, therefore, humbly advise His Majesty that this appeal should be dismissed, and the appellants will pay the costs.
