Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the material available on record.

The present second bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner Nanki Kumar Singh @ Sunil Singh @ Nanak

Singh @ Bablu Tiger @ Don S/o Bhikari Singh, who is in custody in relation to F.I.R. No.661/2014, Police Station Kotwali, District Pali, for the

offences under Sections 341, 302, 307, 394, 397/34 IPC and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act.

The applicant herein is in custody in this case from 21.01.2015. The case of the present applicant is definitely stands on a better footing then that of

the co-accused Mitthun Nagar and stands on a similar footing with that of the co-accused Arun Kumar @ Kaliya. Bail applications of these co-

accused-persons have been accepted by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2021 and 19.04.2021 passed in S.B. Criminal 2 nd Bail Applications

No.14599/2020 and 4786/2021 respectively.

In view of above and having regard to the entirety of facts and circumstances as available on record and upon a consideration of the arguments

advanced at the Bar, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves to be enlarged on bail.

Consequently, the second bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner namely Nanki Kumar Singh @ Sunil Singh @ Nanak

Singh @ Bablu Tiger @ Don S/o Bhikari Singh arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.661/2014, Police Station Kotwali, District Pali shall be released

on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court

with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
