I am to refer to your letter dated 23.10.2010 on the above noted subject and tostate that considering the interest of thestudents, the Competent authority of AICTE hasallowed the institute for an intake of 60 to 90in MBA for the academic year 2009-10. Theorders with regard to the amendments would beissued by AICTE, New Delhi shortly.

The same can be presented before the Hon''ble High Court of Madras.
