Judgment
Petitioner is an authorized retail distributor licensee of a ration shop having No.ARD-155 within the limits of Kottarakkara Taluk. Action was initiated against the petitioner, the shop was closed down. A mahazar is prepared and the shop is attached to a nearby authorized ration depot. The sole relief sought for by the petitioner is, receive an objection from the petitioner and finalise the proceedings on an early basis.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned senior Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to receive an objection from the petitioner, if offered, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and whole proceedings shall be finalised within a month thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
