This first appeal no. 189 of 2022 has been filed under Section 51 of the Act 2019 in challenge to the Order dated 25.09.2014 of the State Commission in complaint no. 68 of 2011.
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that appeal no. 1225 of 2014 has been filed by the concerned insurance company (the respondent no. 1 herein) against the same Order dated 25.09.2014 of the State Commission in which the appellant herein is the respondent no. 1. The learned counsel further submits that she will raise her issues and contentions and make her submissions in the normal wont in the said appeal no. 1225 of 2014 itself, to which she is a party, and as such she does not wish to press the present appeal. The submission is that she wishes to withdraw the instant appeal no. 189 of 2022.
The instant appeal no. 189 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal and to the learned counsel for the appellant immediately. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
