R.P.(FC) No.308 of 2015 is filed seeking review of the order dated 23.04.2015 passed by the Family Court, Palakkad in M.C.No.320 of 2013 filed by the respondents herein. Mat. Appeal No.914 of 2015 is filed seeking to set aside the judgment dated 23.06.2015 passed by the Family Court, Palakkad in O.P. No.681 of 2012 filed by the petitioner herein. The marriage between the parties was solemnized on 14.02.2004 and a female child was born in the wedlock.
The Family Court, Palakkad allowed the Maintenance Case filed by the wife and directed to pay monthly maintenance. The original petition filed by the husband was dismissed.
On a perusal of the records, we noticed that, these matters have been pending before this Court since 2015. When the matters were taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the review petition and the appeal as the dispute between the parties have been settled. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made, R.P.(FC) No.308 of 2015 and Mat. Appeal No.914 of 2015 are dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
