Judgment

This application is entertained on the express undertaking of the petitioner to comply with all formalities regarding filing including stamping and punching of the petition immediately upon resumption of normal court business.
On 1st April, 2020, I passed the following order with regard to the accused Arvind Kumar Munka.
"This is a bail application.
It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the respondent was served by e-mail.
None on behalf of the respondent has come forward to oppose this application.
The petitioner is in custody since 6th June, 2019. The accusation against him is under Section 138 of the CGST Act.
The respondent had enough time to complete the investigation. Moreover, there is no allegation against the petitioner of tampering with evidence, interfering with witnesses or fleeing from justice.
In those circumstances let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- with two surities of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Chief Judicial magistrate/ Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate with the undertaking to appear in court whenever he is called upon to do so.
This application for bail being CRM 1259 of 2020 with CRAN 1342 of 2020 is disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be immediately transmitted through the learned Registrar General to the concerned jail authority."
The three applicants, Nagendra Kumar Dubey, Sanjay Kumar Pandit and Vijay Kumar Rajpuria are co-accused in the above case. Let each of the three applicants be released on bail on identical conditions as Arvind Kumar Munka.
The application for bail being CRM No.2913 of 2020 is disposed of.
All parties are to act on a server copy of this order on the usual undertakings.
