Petitioners served as Cadre Secretary in the Cooperative Department and now they all have attained the age of superannuation between the years
2014 to 2020.
Mr. Anil Anthwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners were serving in pensionable establishment and they were
entitled for pension.
By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought a direction to the Competent Authority to release their retiral dues.
Since petitioners have sought a writ of mandamus without making demand to the Competent Authority, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of
with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Competent Authority by making separate representations. If such representations are made by the
petitioners within three weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the Competent Authority, in accordance with law, within three months
from the date of presentation of such representation(s) along with certified copy of this order.
