The captioned writ petition is filed by the petitioner feeling aggrieved by the non-consideration of the interlocutory application by the Appellate Authority.

Learned Additional Advocate General sought for a short accommodation to seek instructions in the matter.

Today on instructions, learned AAG has submitted that the Appellate Authority will consider the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. Learned AAG further assures this Court that interlocutory application would be decided within a period of two weeks.

In the light of the statement made by learned AAG, the captioned writ petition is disposed of.

It is brought to the notice of this Court, the Appellate Authority has fixed the next date of hearing on 29.02.2024 at 12.00 noon.

Petitioner shall appear before the Appellate Authority and Appellate Authority after affording an opportunity to both the parties shall proceed to pass orders on interlocutory application within a period of two weeks from thereon.
