He brought to our notice that CIRP against the Corporate Debtor has been initiated vide order dated 03.01.2020 in CP (IB) 370 of 2018. Hence, this proceeding stands disposed of with a liberty to Operational Creditor to approach to RP/IRP in that proceeding with his claim. In case, CIRP proceeding is set aside the Operational Creditor is at liberty to get revive this proceeding again.
