We see no ground to interfere with the directions given by the High Court in the impugned judgment. The High Court has in fact directed the Municipal Corporation. Gwalior to do what the Corporation is required to do on its own. Initially, we give one year's time from today to the Municipal Corporation to comply with the High Court directions. We request the High Court to keep this matte pending for the purposes of monitoring. The High Court will assure that all the directions which if has given are ultimately complied with in due course. If it is necessary to give any further direction to any other authority for the purpose of completing the works which the. High Court has directed to be completed, then the High Court may. after hearing the Municipal Corporation pass appropriate orders. We give liberty to the Municipal Corporation to approach the High Court for directions if the Municipal Corporation feels any difficulty in executing the directions given in the impugned judgment. I.A. No. 3 is dismissed. The appeal is disposed of. No costs.
