The learned Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 27.08.2020, the relevant portion whereof reads as under:- 4. That in compliance to the Hon'ble Tribunal order dated 30.08.2018 passed in OA No. 5212 of 2018, Muni Lal vs. State of HP and others, regarding allowing benefit of judgment passed in Civil Appeal No. 6309 of 2017, titled as Sunder Singh vs. State of H.P. and others, the case of the petitioner was considered by respondent No. 4 vide office order No. 349 (Estt)/2019-2020 dated 18.03.2020 (Copy enclosed) and it was concluded that the case of applicant is similar and squarely covered by the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 6309 of 2017, titled as Sunder Singh vs. State of HP & Ors. Accordingly, the petitioner has now eligible for pension as per Sunder Singh's case.

Further, the respondent No. 4 has requested petitioner Sh. Muni Lal to submit pension documents, so that the pension case could be submitted to Accountant General, H.P., for approval of pension. However, the requisite documents are still awaited to be submitted by the applicant."

Since, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, therefore, the present petition is disposed of as fully satisfied. The petitioner is directed to submit his pension papers so that the same can be processed and submitted to the Accountant General, H.P., for approval of pension.
