Heard Mr. P. Gaggar, learned Liquidator appointed in the above matter. The above application is filed by the learned Liquidator for extension of time for a period of 90 (ninety) days for completing the liquidation process of the CD Company for the reasons mentioned in the application.

Upon perusing the application, this Tribunal feels that it is a fit case for granting extension of time in order to protect interest of all the concerned parties. Accordingly, the above IA 30 of 2020 is allowed by granting 90 (ninety) days' time for completing the liquidation process.
