In this matter, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner appeared on 11.11.2021 and there was no representation on the side of the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor. However, after that on 16.12.2021, 15.02.2022, 31.03.2022 and 13.05.2022 none appeared from the either side. Since, this is an application filed by the Operational Creditor in 2019. There is no appearance from the side of both the parties. CP No. (IB)-333/9/JPR/2019 is dismissed in non-prosecution of the case.
