The appellant in this intra-court appeal, seeks to assail the Order dated 12.08.2026 passed by learned Single Judge in WPS No.6069/2026.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the writ appeal to participate in the disciplinary proceedings.
