Sathish Ninan, J

1.

Petitioner is the proprietor of a motor driving school. He was issued with Ext P1 show cause notice on a compliant alleging misbehavior and laches at the institution. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 explanations. Thereafter the 2nd respondent passed Ext P3 order suspending the license of the driving school for one year with effect from 06.04.2022. Challenging the same, the petitioner preferred Ext P4 appeal accompanied by Ext P5 stay petition before the 1st respondent.

2.

As per interim order dated 29.04.2022, this Court had directed the 1st respondent to pass orders on Ext P5.

3.

It is reported that pursuant to the directions of this Court, Ext P5 stay petition was heard and dismissed. It would be sufficient if the appeal is heard without delay.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authority to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext P4 appeal after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
