Judgment
This is an application filed u/s 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail.

Heard both sides and perused the case diary.
When the matter was taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed against him. In
the above circumstances, as the charge sheet has already been filed, the petitioner can approach the trial Court with an application for bail. Therefore,
no other order is necessary in this application. accordingly, this application is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court
for seeking bail.
