On 28.10.2021 when the matter was listed before this Court, the parties reported that a compromise has been arrived at qua the dispute and differences interse them, however, the party respondent namely Mst. Mukhti present in the Court reported non-acceptance of one of the conditions of the compromise in respect of reversion of 1 kanal and 10 marals of land covered under survey no. 19 and 1209 situated at Kultreh and Gowharpora. According to the appearing counsel for the appellant, statement of the appellant stands already recorded in support of the compromise.
Today the matter was taken up at the joint request of the learned appearing counsel for the parties, out of turn. Learned appearing counsel for the parties state that the parties including the respondent-Mst. Mukhti have now resolved all the disputes and differences.
Mr. M.Y. Parray, counsel for the respondent-Mst. Mukhti, (who is also present in the Court) admits of the position about the settlement of all the issues and states that the respondent-Mst. Mukhti endorses and acknowledges the execution of the compromise arrived at.
In view of the aforesaid position, Registrar Judicial is directed to record the statement of respondent-Mst. Mukhti today itself and place the same on record of the file.
