Judgment
Even after revised list, none is present for respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and mentioned that the name of the petitioner has been changed by order of NCLT in recent past and a substitution application is to be moved for updating the status of the petitioner for which time is being claimed.
Let a substitution application be filed within two weeks. Copy of the same be given to the counsel for respondent too. Objections, if any, may be filed in the meantime.
List the matter for further hearing on 7.9.2022.
As this matter is of old year i.e. 2015 and has been listed after a long gap of time, in the interest of justice, Office of this Tribunal is directed to issue notice to counsel / respondent through email/speed post/fax indicating next date of hearing.
Learned counsel is also expected to communicate and intimate the other side about fixing of date and order passed above.
In the meantime, written arguments may be filed in the Tribunal and exchanged between the parties within four weeks.
