Mr. T.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid the entire amount as per Annexure P-3, i.e., Rs. 27,78,632.76/-. However, Mr. G.C. Gupta, learned Senior Advocate, for respondents No. 1 and 2 has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure R-2, whereby the total amount payable by the petitioner to the Bank was Rs. 31,62,632.76/- as on 30th November, 2010. In other words, the submission of Mr. G.C. Gupta, learned Senior Advocate is that the petitioner still owes a sum of Rs. 6,06,943/- to the Bank. If that is so, it shall be open to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the Regional Manager, Region No. 3, Mandi. The Regional Manager, Region No. 3, Mandi shall decide the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law. The points raised by the petitioner in the representation shall be specifically dealt with.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
