This appeal by the appellant is arising out of the Judgment dated 18/01/2010 passed in A.S. No. 50/2005 by the VI Addl. City Civil Judge, Bangalore. We have heard Sri. G. Krishna Murthy, learned counsel appearing for appellant and Sri. S.V. Castro, learned counsel appearing for first respondent. Second respondent served and unrepresented.
