Prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's request made vide

representation dated 26.11.2020 (Annexure P-15) for One Time Settlement of its loan accounts with the respondent-Punjab National Bank and

sanction the same under the Special OTS Scheme for the financial year 2020-2021 non-discriminatorily and non-discretionary under Special OTS

Scheme 2020 for NPA accounts upto `five crores circulated vide circular dated 09.09.2020 (Annexure P-14) by the respondents.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that in the light of the policy dated 09.09.2020 (Annexure P-14), all account holders with the respondent-Bank,

who are in default of any sought, are entitled for the benefit of the said policy, except for a few exceptions. He further states that claim of the

petitioner is covered by the said policy and, therefore, the representation dated 26.11.2020 (Annexure P-15), which has been submitted by the

petitioner, be considered by the respondent-Bank and a decision taken thereon at an early date.

Mr.Gaurav Goel, Advocate, who has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Bank, informs the Court that he has not received the advance

copy of the petition. Mr.Sapan Dhir, Advocate, counsel for the petitioner, states that he would supply another copy of the petition to counsel for the

respondents.

Having considered the limited prayer made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.11.2020

(Annexure P-15) in the light of the policy dated 09.09.2020 (Annexure P-14) and take a decision thereon within a period of three weeks. Decision so

taken be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
