CA No. 648/ND/2019 is application filed by IRP under Regulation 30 (A) IBBI CIRP Regulation for seeking withdrawal. In view of both the claims, Mr. Vijender Jain, present in person and conforms the claim amount received and matter being listed. Form-F from the applicants of the IB petition is also filed and annexed with the application. The learned counsel for the Financial Creditor as well as Corporate Debtor is present. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for Resolution Professional and confirmed by both the counsels and documents placed on record, CA is allowed thereby IB-1352/ND/2019 is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of in terms of above order.
