1.

This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR in Cr.No.151/2021 registered by the first respondent - police for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 r/w 34 IPC. The second respondent lodged the FIR.

2.

Today, the second respondent has filed an affidavit stating that as the payments were stopped because of technical glitches, he had to make a complaint to the police on 7th September, 2021. Subsequently, the petitioners compensated him for the damages he suffered. In view of this, the company viz., Bebuoy Info Services Private Limited, which he represents has no claim for damages, charge etc., against the petitioners.

3.

The second respondent Sri. Gopala Krishna is present before the court and he submits that he has withdrawn all the allegations against the petitioners. He says 'no objection' for quashing the proceedings against the petitioners.

4.

The FIR appears to have been registered in relation to a dispute between two companies, which does not have impact on the society at large. In view of this settlement, if the petitioners are made to face investigation, it is nothing but abuse of process of law and hence exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C., FIR No.151/2021 registered by the first respondent - police is quashed. In view of the FIR being quashed, all the accounts of the petitioners which have been seized and freezed shall be released and defreezed.
