By way of instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, very innocuous prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for
issuance of directions to the Collector, Shimla, Rural, Shimla for deciding the appeal bearing No.36/VIII/2017 alongwith other connected matters in a
time bound manner.
Having taken note of the aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, learned Additional Advocate General states that he does not
intend to file any reply to the petition and shall have no objection in case the directions are issued to the authority concerned to decide the appeal in
time bound manner.
Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the appeal bearing No.36/VIII/2017
alongwith other connected matters, expeditiously, preferably on or before 31st October, 2020. Needless to say, petitioner shall render full coÂ‐
operation to the authority concerned, enabling it to do the needful well within stipulated time. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
