Judgment
Adv. Mayank Sharma appeared on behalf of the Complainant and submitted that his client requested for early refund of money deposited with Respondents along with interest.
Adv. Sudhir Sharma appeared on behalf of the Respondents and submitted that he has already filed a reply to the complaint. We direct him to supply copy of reply to the Complainant. Complainant may file rejoinder, if she wishes by 31.10.2022 with copy served on the Respondents.
We also note that Sh. Pramod Kumar, SDM (HQ) has submitted copies of following documents in a similar case against the Respondents.

He informed that the inquiry in the matter of registration of Respondent Society is still going on. We direct SDM (HQ) to inform the direction of this Authority to the Competent Authority to conclude this inquiry within next 60 days.
