Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—In a walking interview conducted by the third respondent, petitioner was engaged as a Lecturer on hourly basis upto 16.11.2012. However, during the continuation of such engagement, a regular teacher joined and the petitioner was disengaged w.e.f. 10.8.2012. Petitioner prays that in view of the experience she had already gained under the third respondent, she may be appointed in any of the colleges/institutions under the second respondent. The prayer cannot be considered as the appointment of the petitioner was by the third respondent. As and when such appointments are made by the similar institutions, it will be open to the petitioner to approach those appointing authorities, in which case the petitioner''s case shall also be considered, if she is otherwise found eligible. In case there is any vacancy under the second respondent and if any advertisement is made by the competent authority, the petitioner may respond to such advertisement, in which case her case will also be considered by the competent authority.

The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
