Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority against the impugned adjudication order in accordance with law.

If such appeal accompanied by an application for condonation of delay is filed by the Petitioner not later than 1st December 2021, the explanation offered by the Petitioner for the delay in filing the appeal on account of the pendency of the present petition, will be taken into account by the appellate authority in accordance with law.

The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on the limitation or on merits. The original orders filed be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner subject to substitution with attested photocopies thereof.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in the above terms.

An urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per Rules.
