Heard Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri B.G. Ravinder Reddy, learned standing counsel for Food Corporation for respondents 3 and 4.

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in keeping the petitioner in black list vide statement dated 03.01.2014 and also the order/show cause notice dated 16.12.2013 issued by the District Supply Officer and Licensing Authority, Warangal, respondent No.2, directing the petitioner to deliver 54 metric tonnes of rice towards mill levy for 2012-13 on or before 31.12.2013 otherwise levy rice will not be accepted by the Food Corporation of India for KMS 2013-14, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 3 and 4 to receive levy rice from the petitioner for KMS 2013-14.

This Court, by order dated 10.06.2014, directed the respondents 3 and 4 to receive the milled levy rice from the petitioner for Kharif and Rabi Marketing Seasons for 2013-2014 in accordance with Minimum Support Price Certificate issued by the Collector, Civil Supplies, Karimnagar District, the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the said interim directions were implemented and rice was received, as directed by the Court.

As the prayer in the writ petition concerns only Kharif and Rabi Seasons for 2013-2014 and the interim orders of the Court were already complied, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
