Heard.
An application has been filed for correction/modification of the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Company Application No.12/2022.
Mr. D. K. Meena, Official Liquidator submits that in the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by this Court, the direction was given to the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur and Regional Director MCA, Ahmedabad to decide the claim, however, the said direction should have been made to the Official Liquidator, Jodhpur.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The 3rd paragraph of the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by this Court be read as under : -
“Upon such submission, the present Company Application is disposed of while directing the Official Liquidator attached with Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur to decide the claim strictly in accordance with merits and in accordance with the assurance given by Mr. Rakesh Arora.”
