This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to obtain instruction on the following points:-
(I) Whether construction of the boundary wall has been completed or not and if so, what is the height of the said boundary wall?
(II) Whether construction of the solid waste dumping site has been completed or not?
(III) What is the total quantity of solid waste being generated in the factory in everyday?
(IV) Whether there is any drainage system for emission of the waste water from the factory or not?
(V) Whether the violations pointed out in paragraph No.19 have been rectified or not?
Learned counsel for the State Pollution Control Board/Opposite Party No.2 is directed to appear on the next date along with the Official of the State Pollution Control Board, who can explain regarding violations by the Petitioner/Company.
List this matter on 13th May, 2024 at 2.00P.M.
Interim order, if any, passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
