Heard counsel for both the sides.
After perusing the record in the light of the submissions made at the bar when the Bench proceeded to dictate the Order, the learned counsel for the applicant took a brief interlude and submitted on instructions that he may be permitted to withdraw the miscellaneous application and pursue the execution application which is already pending before the concerned forum.
The only request made by learned counsel is that the matter is pending since long and the complainant has not got any relief so far which was granted to it and, therefore, a direction to expedite the execution may be given.
In view of the submissions made by the counsel for applicant, the application stands disposed of with direction to the concerned District Forum to take steps to expedite the execution proceedings which are said to be pending before it.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the miscellaneous application and to their learned counsel as well as to the fora below. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
