Judgment
Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Mrs. N. Savitri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.
Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents and hence, no formal notice is called for.
It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that by an order dated 02-02-2022 passed by this Court in MC(WP(C)) No. 17 of 2022, six months’ further time from the date of receipt of a copy of the order was granted for submission of application for reconstitution. However, before the expiry of the period of six months, the respondents have stopped supplying the RO & SKO to the petitioner’s firm w.e.f. 03-08-2022 as reflected in the letter dated 02-08-2022 of the Divisional Retail Sales Head, Imphal Divisional Office.
The learned senior counsel further submitted that the petitioner has duly submitted the application of re-constitution in the prescribed format for consideration by the respondents and till the consideration of the application for reconstitution proposal, an interim order may be passed directing the respondents to supply the RO & SKO to the Dealership of the petitioner.
Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he needs some time to get instruction from the respondents as regards the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 02-02-2022 passed by this Court in MC(WP(C))No. 17 of 2022.
As prayed for, list this case again on 10-11-2022.
In the meantime, respondents are directed to do the needful for supply the required RO & SKO to the petitioner firm.
