Judgment
This is an application by the units carrying on stone crushing to which the Goa State Pollution Control Board has issued notices. By the notices, the Goa State Pollution Control Board has directed them to comply with certain rules and regulations. The learned Counsel for the applicants prays that the applicants be allowed to intervene, since they are affected. It is however clear that the applicants'' units are not affected by any orders passed by this Court in relation to these units. It appears that the Goa State Pollution Control Board has issued notices to the units directing them to comply with certain rules and regulations. Thus it cannot be said that they are affected by any orders passed by this Court. However, the applicants shall be at liberty to take such appropriate remedial measures as may be advised in case they are aggrieved by any orders passed by any Authority including the Goa State Pollution Control Board. Hence, these applications are rejected.
