Judgment
Heard Shri Amit Singh, learned advocate for Designated Authority, Ms. Reena Khair, and Shri Rajesh Sharma, learned Advocates for the
Domestic Industry, Shri Govind Dixit, learned A.R. for the Revenue and Shri Ankush Sharma, Advocate for Eximcorp India Pvt. Ltd.
Shri Rathish M, learned Advocate appearing for the assessee submits that one SLP (66/2013) has been filed by the appellant in the Hon'ble
Supreme Court challenging the order of Hon'ble Calcutta High Court pertaining to the initiation of Anti Dumping proceedings by the Designated
Authority. The matter is still pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. All parties have agree to the proposition that there is no use to keep the appeal
pending and the same can be disposed of with the liberty to come again only after having final verdict from Hon'ble Supreme Court.
In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to come again only after having a verdict from the Hon'ble Supreme
Court.
