This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-
“a) To constitute an Arbitral Tribunal by appointment of a suitable person as the Sole Arbitrator for the adjudication of the Petitioner's
claims in accordance with clause 9 of the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 14/11/2018 (Annexure-A herein) and Clause 5 of the
Supplemental Memorandum of Understanding dated 28/01/2019 (Annexure-B herein).
b) To award costs of this petition to the Petitioner; and
c) To pass such other and further orders and direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of this
case.â€
Ms.Pavithra, learned counsel holding the brief of Sri Dhananjay Vidyapati Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement at the Bar
that the dispute between the parties has been settled and as such, does not want to press this civil miscellaneous petition.
The civil miscellaneous petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
