Judgment
Hemant Gupta, J.—Mr. Bansal has pointed out that allotment of plot in Transport Nagar, Sector 58, Faridabad, was also subject matter before this Court in CWP No. 20313 of 2009 titled as M/s Transway Cargo Lifters (Regd.) Vs. Haryana Urban Development Authority and another, (decided on 01.08.2011) and this Court has directed the Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority to consider the material produced by the petitioner in accordance with the earlier directions issued by this Court and pass a speaking order within three months.
Mr. Bhandari states that the petitioner would be satisfied if similar directions are issued to consider the claim of the petitioner by the Estate Officer, as were issued in the aforesaid writ petition.
In view of the said fact, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to reconsider the material produced by the petitioner in accordance with the directions issued in M/s Transway Cargo Lifters''s case (supra) and pass a speaking order accepting or rejecting the petitioner''s claim within three months.
Disposed of accordingly.
The petitioner shall appear before the Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority, on 19.04.2012.
