Judgment
Anand Pathak, J
Copy of petition is supplied to Shri Jain.
He went through the pleadings thereafter, matte is heard finally.
The present petition is preferred under Section 226 of the Constitution seeking relief in the nature of direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the application preferred by the petitioner purportedly under Rule 15 of Madhya Pradesh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Allotment Of Land And Structure) Rules, 2009.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner intends to transfer his godown situated in the premises of Krishi Upaj Mandi, Maksudangarh is to be transferred to some other trader. Said application is pending consideration, he seeks early consideration over his application.
Shri Jain, fairly submits that application dated 07.06.2023 (Annexure P-4) preferred by the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law and relevant Rules of 2009 at the earliest.
Considering the submission, petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the said application if not already decided as early as possible in accordance with Rules at an expeditious note preferably within one month.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
