Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the complainant-petitioner. This writ petition has been preferred with a prayer for fair and impartial investigation in
accordance with law and take appropriate legal action against promoter subscriber.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Company has taken the premises on lease, as per lease agreement dated 15.5.2006 from
respondent No.4 for carrying out the business activities of Vishal Mega Mart. The said lease agreement came of end on 11.2.2018 which was liable to
instant in terms of the original lease deed but on the same date i.e. 11.2.2018 the premises have been completely blocked by respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard report was submitted before the SHO, PS Jawahar Circle, Jaipur on 11.2.2018.
Thereafter, a complaint was also filed under Sections 107 and 116 Cr.PC before ACP, Head Quarters, Jaipur Metropolitan (East) but no action as yet
has been taken by the concerned authorities.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation will be conducted by the concerned police authorities in a proper and fair manner.
The writ petition is allowed with the direction to the concerned police authorities to conduct the investigation in a fair, impartial and expeditious
manner.
This writ petition stands disposed off.
