Ld. Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the present petition. In view of the stand taken by the Ld. Counsel, the present IB-22/ND/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh after due compliance of Rule 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority for Insolvency Resolution Process for Personal Guarantors to CD) Rules, 2019, which reads as below:

(2)The guarantor shall serve forthwith a copy of the application referred to in sub-rule (1) to every financial creditor and the corporate debtor for whom the guarantor is a personal guarantor.”
With this, the IB-22/ND/2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
