Kumar, J.—This petition is filed complaining of disobedience of the order dated 31.03.2009 passed in W.P.No.15769/2008.

2.

After taking note of the fact that the gratuity amount due to the petitioner has already been deposited, this Court directed the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the 3rd respondent for payment of gratuity. In so far as other benefits are concerned, the 2nd respondent was directed to settle the other terminal benefits to/the petitioner and other legal representatives of V.Shankaranarayana in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3.

According to the respondent, two other retirement benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to, is payment of provident fund as welt as death relief fund. Annexure-A2 produced along with the statement of objections shows she has received the provident fund amount by way of cheque. Now a cheque for Rs. 18,000/-dated 31.10.2011 is given to the petitioner. Therefore, according to the 2nd respondent whatever they have to pay, they have paid. However, they submit that the petitioner is entitled to two other benefits from LLC and Family Pension for which the petitioner has to approach the concerned authorities as they have no control over the said funds. Under these circumstances, the order is complied with. No contempt. The contempt proceedings are dropped.
