This is an application filed as per Sec.12(2) of the IBC for extension of CIRP period for another 90 days based on the resolution passed by the CoC on 23.06.2020, this application is hereby allowed extending CIRP period for another 90 days with effect from 01.07.2020.
Accordingly, this IA/2542/2020 is hereby allowed.
In IA/2505/2020, for the Resolution Professional counsel has not intimated this date of hearing to the Electricity Department (Respondent), the Resolution Professional is hereby directed to issue notice to the Respondent intimating next date of hearing and upon receipt of notice and date of hearing, the Respondent shall file reply and argue it on 06.08.2020.
