Judgment
ORDER
This is an application on behalf of RP under Section 33 (1) & (2) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Code, 2016 read with Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 for Liquidation of the corporate debtor i.e., Xecute HR Solutions Private Limited.
Having heard the submissions made by the Counsel for RP and having noted the contents of the application this Tribunal passing this order under Section 33(1) & (2) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to liquidate the corporate debtor and as per the approval of CoC the present RP Mr. Sanju Kumar as Liquidator of the corporate debtor for conducting the Liquidation. The Liquidator fee is also fixed by the CoC. Let the Liquidator takes steps as per law and apprise the Tribunal about the steps taken by him after two months.
Matter is adjourned to 10.08.2021.
