Having heard the submissions and having noted the contents of the application the CP (IB-671(ND)/2020) is dismissed as withdrawn and the Corporate-debtor is relieved from the clutches of CIRP Proceedings initiated against the Corporate-debtor. The case papers may be sent to record room.
