ORDER
Learned Appellate Authority has issued directions to close the proceedings as the parties have entered into amicable settlement in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Swiss Ribbons Pvt. Ltd. & anr. v. Union of India & Ors. (Writ Petition (civil) No. 99/2018 (2019 SCC OnLine SC 73). We order accordingly.
The petition stands disposed of along with all the applications.
