Hence, the Petitioner/ Applicant is directed to submit his claim before the IRP who shall duly consider the same. CP is disposed of accordingly. In case if there is any settlement, or the order is set aside, in CIRP case of CP No. (IB)- 213/9/JPR/2019 then they are at liberty to revive this petition.
